Arrived on time, the package is complete, no missing parts. It just took about 3 hours to assemble, not difficult, but because we made a mistake, it was time consuming to start from scratch.

Once assembled, we were impressed! It's a solid and quiet frame. It doesn't squeak when someone climbs the ladder, and it doesn't wobble or feel like it's going to fall apart. Also, love the high weight limit on the top, my big boy sleeps very well on it. This is a good choice.
